Stuart is a University of Denver graduate (BA 1992, MA 1994) with over 30 years of experience in commercial construction, real estate investment, and venture capital.

He began his career in management at Herman Miller, one of the world’s largest office furniture manufacturers, before founding and leading one of Colorado’s top commercial flooring contractors. For more than two decades, Stuart successfully grew businesses in the commercial construction sector while investing as a venture capitalist in numerous high-performing companies.

His real estate career includes building a diverse portfolio of industrial, multi-family, and commercial properties. Stuart’s deep expertise in construction, creative business strategy, and real estate development continues to drive consistent financial success.
